Ricardo Darín is one of the biggest movie stars in Argentina and one of the most popular in the Hispanic world. He played a number of parts in TV series for several years where he became popular as a young leading actor. His most prominent roles as a film actor include Nine Queens (2000), El Hijo de la Novia (2001), Luna de Avellaneda (2004), El Aura (2005) and La Señal (2007), which was also his directorial debut. He recently starred in the Academy Award winning "El Secreto de sus ojos" (The Secret in Their Eyes).

Mariano Moreno (23 September 1778–4 March 1811) was an Argentine lawyer, journalist and politician. He played a decisive role in the May Revolution, which led to the declaration of independence of Argentina from Spain.

Manuel José Joaquín del Corazón de Jesús Belgrano, usually referred to as Manuel Belgrano (3 June 1770 – 20 June 1820) was an Argentine economist lawyer,politician and military. He took part in the Argentine wars of the independence and created the Flag of argentina. He is regarded as one of the main Libertadores of the country.

María Eva Duarte de Perón; (7 May 1919 – 26 July 1952) was the second wife of President Juan Perón (1895–1974) and served as the First Lady of Argentina from 1946 until her death in 1952. She is often referred to as simply Eva Perón, or by the affectionate Spanish language diminutive Evita, which literally translates into English as "Little Eva".
